SMS Messaging Program

Birch & Grain is a trade name of Worthshire Group LLC. When you give us your mobile phone number through our website chat or our contact form and choose to receive text messages, we may text you at that number.

Types of messages

Non-marketing messages: replies to your inquiry, scheduling confirmations, appointment and measurement reminders, rescheduling updates, project updates, and customer support.

Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and news about our products and services. Marketing messages are sent only if you agree to them.

How you opt in

On our contact form you can check two separate, optional boxes: one for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. In our website chat you can check one optional box that covers both. You can use our services without agreeing to text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at quotes@birchandgrain.com.
